Here, at long last, is a character illustration for long-suffering :iconcorranfett: (I think he waited 9 MONTHS for this piece...whew!)--one of the Mandalorian characters from his epic "Rage of the Shadow Warriors." Ara is a war-weary fighter, tired of wars and battles and killing, yet iron-willed in her resolve; she seemed to be a complex person, and I tried to give her some of that here. :iconcorranfett: seemed please with her, so I share her now with all of you! Thank you for taking time to look! :D

Done with graphite pencils, HB to 8B, on smooth Bristol (illustration) board, size A4 (9 x 12 inches).

This is really cool! I love looking at non-canon characters because you never know what to expect. I also love them because they really show their creator's devotion to Star Wars :) Good job, once again ^^

Thanks so much! It's always fun to hear someone's observations about a non-canon character--sometimes it can be a risky thing, to bring such a character to visualization. I'm glad you like this one--the story about her is a good one, and if you're interested in reading, I can link you to the author (who, by the way, is responsible for creating all this woman's armoring, weaponry and personality--all I did was try to put it all together on paper for him!). Thanks again for commenting!
