Here's a piece I just felt compelled to draw--and once it was done in graphite, it also felt right to try giving it a bit of color (thanks for the idea, Karen!)... It's Luke and Mara, from early in their relationship--place it just after the novel "Vision of the Future," for timeline context. I've been missing Mara, and never drew her with Luke in a...romantic way, before...it just felt right to do it now (...to make up for my previous omission, I suppose...).
Done in graphite pencils H, 2H, 2B, 4B, 6B on medium tooth drawing paper (A4/9x12in. size)--then copied onto printer paper and overlayed with Prismacolor colored pencils (AND tone-adjusted in the computer).
George Lucas owns all things/characters Star Wars (...he just lets us "borrow" them now and again...).

There really does need to be more Luke/Mara stuff. I think they're an awesome couple. (though, a lot of people I know would disagree. >_< )
